New York State’s Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) is issuing a recall on multiple adult use cannabis products produced by IndoGrow LLC. OCM officials said the regulated cannabis products are being sold through licensed cannabis adult use dispensaries throughout New York State.

Democratic congress members, Rep. Adriano Espaillat (NY-13), chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, and Rep. Nydia Velázquez (NY-7), were refused entry to the 10th floor of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facilities at 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan on Sunday, June 8, when they attempted to conduct oversight of the facility amid allegations of “overcrowding, unbearable heat, and people being forced to sleep on bathroom floors.”

Delgado, who announced in February that he would not seek another term as lieutenant governor, shared his gubernatorial campaign announcement on Monday, June 2, after speaking at Mt. Ollie Baptist Church in Brooklyn on Sunday, June 1, about “a better future for our kids and communities.”
