Police said an off-duty, 30-year-old City employee was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 12, within the confines of the 50th Precinct which covers the Bronx neighborhoods of Kingsbridge, Fieldston, Spuyten Duyvil, Riverdale, and Marble Hill.
