Kingsbridge Heights: Two Arrested for Robbery following Assault & Robbery in April

The NYPD said two people have been arrested following a robbery and assault which took place in April 2023 in Kingsbridge Heights. Fordham Manor: Search for Missing 70-Year-Old Woman

The NYPD is seeking the public’s help locating Leone Ultan, 70, who was reported missing from Fordham Manor on Wednesday, May 24.  Police said that Ultan of 2550 Webb Avenue was last seen leaving her home on Thursday, May 4, at around 7.25 p.m. She was described by police as female, has a light complexion and white hair, is around 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs around 105 pounds. Neighbors Lost to COVID Remembered at Annual Ceremony

A now annual COVID memorial ceremony was once again held by local northwest Bronx residents, including Friends of Jerome Park, at Fort Washington Walk at the corner of Reservoir Avenue and University Avenue in Jerome Park on Saturday, May 13, to commemorate those lost to COVID-19 over the course of the recent pandemic.   On Oct. 23, 2021, a tree-planting ceremony took place at the same location to memorialize all victims of the pandemic.
