Representatives of the Amalgamated Housing Corporation in in the Van Cortlandt Village section of The Bronx, said they are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of the president of its board of directors, Howard E. Kamiel, on Tuesday, Dec. 12, at the age of 70.
