Building applications have been filed with NYC Department of Buildings for a new, seven-story residential building to be located at 172 East 205th Street in Bedford Park, as reported by YIMBY. Located between Grand Concourse and East Mosholu Parkway South, the lot is two blocks from the Bedford Park Boulevard subway station, serviced by the B and D trains.
