Fordham Manor: Search for 15-Year-Old Missing Girl

The NYPD is seeking the public’s help locating a 15-year-old girl reported missing from Fordham Manor. It was reported to police that Ramiyah Halsey of 2650 Briggs Avenue was last seen on Monday, Feb. 6, at around 7 a.m., leaving her home. The teen is described as female, is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has brown eyes, and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a multi-colored jacket, blue jeans, and gray and white sneakers. Police said a man is in stable condition after he was found with a gunshot would to the head in the Wakefield section of The Bronx. Some media outlets are reporting the man is a police officer. The NYPD said a 29-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a multiple shooting incident that occurred in University Heights in May 2022 in which a 28-year-old man was shot.
