Police said they arrested a 24-year-old Bronx man on Tuesday, Nov. 4, for the rape of an unidentified 15-year-old girl and appealed to other possible rape victims to come forward if they recognize him.   They said the Bronx Adult Sex Crimes Squad arrested William Credle of the Belmont section of The Bronx at 11.37 p.m. on Nov. 4 (Election Day) for a prior rape involving a 15-year-old girl. University Heights: Sepúlveda Presents $50,000 Check to NMIC Nonprofit to Support Bronx Families

In the face of imminent federal cuts, as reported, State Sen. Luis R.
