Wakefield: Lottery Open for New Affordable Housing Complex
An affordable housing lottery has launched for units at Muller Apartments, a four-story residential building at 555 Nereid Avenue in the Wakefield section of the Bronx, as confirmed by YIMBY. Designed by MHG Architects, and developed by The Doe Fund, which works to break the cycle of homelessness, incarceration and recidivism, the structure, yields 90 residential units, 54 of which are being allocated to formerly homeless military veterans, as previously reported.
