FDNY: Stove Fire at Tracey Towers Results in No Injuries

  A fire at Tracey Towers housing complex, located on the Norwood-Bedford Park border, on Saturday resulted in no injuries the FDNY said. An FDNY spokesperson said the department was alerted to reports of a fire at the 871-unit complex, located at 40 West Mosholu Parkway South, at around 5.10 p.m. on Saturday, June 24. Rikers Island Inmates Charged with Assault for Vicious Beating of Fellow Detainee

Clark announced on June 22 that four Rikers Island inmates have been charged with gang assault and related offenses for brutally beating a fellow inmate, leaving him hospitalized with serious injuries. Fordham Heights: Police Arrest Man 49 on Assault Charges following Death of 2nd Man 62

Police have launched a murder investigation following the killing of a 62-year-old man in Fordham Heights in May.
