Police said they have arrested a man and two women following the discovery last month of the semi-decomposed body of a woman at the end of a quiet residential block in the Wakefield section of The Bronx. Police have arrested two people following the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old young man and the wounding of a second 19-year-old male youth during an apparent drive-by shooting following a Fourth of July street celebration in Fordham Heights.
