Claremont Village: One Firefighter Injured in 3-Alarm Fire
A 3-alarm fire in Claremont Village on Aug. 4 resulted in injury to one firefighter according to FDNY officials. An FDNY spokesperson said the fire was reported on Thursday morning, Aug. 4, at six minutes after midnight at 1325 Morris Avenue. According to the FDNY official, the fire was “on all floors of a 2-story dwelling.” He added that around 33 units comprising 138 firefighters and EMS members responded to the scene.
