Williamsbridge: Motor Vehicle Accident Results in Three Injuries, One Hospitalization

Three people were injured following a motor vehicle accident on the Bronx River Parkway at East Gun Hill Road on Monday night, May 29, FDNY officials said.   An FDNY spokesperson said the department received a call about the accident at 10.12 p.m. on Monday night. Williamsbridge: Car Overturns & Bursts into Flames on Bronx River Parkway

A car flipped on its roof and apparently burst into flames on the Bronx River Parkway at East Gun Hill Road on Tuesday afternoon, May 30.   An FDNY spokesperson said the department received a call regarding the incident at 2.02 p.m. on Tuesday and that FDNY units responded to reports of an overturned vehicle on fire. A 23-year-old man has been arrested on Monday after a 3-month-old baby girl was found dead in a wooded area of the Highbridge section of The Bronx on Sunday, police said.
