Beginning July 5, alternate side parking (ASP) regulations for street cleaning will be restored to pre-pandemic frequency as posted on the signage throughout the City. Mayor Eric Adams and NYC Parks Commissioner Sue Donoghue announced a pilot on Friday, June 17, that will extend the High Bridge opening hours this summer, giving New Yorkers expanded access to the iconic landmark connecting The Bronx and Manhattan.
