DOE Expansion of Gifted & Talented Program to All 32 School Districts Starts May 31

Schools Chancellor David Banks and Mayor Eric Adams announced the expansion of New York City Department of Education’s (DOE) Gifted & Talented program for the school year 2022-2023 on April 14. Fencing Classes at P.S. 340 a Hit with Students!

Every Friday afternoon for the past few months, about 20 P.S. 340 students gather in the school cafeteria to learn the art and sport of fencing.
