New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) has announced an affordable housing Lottery for units at 2851 University Avenue in the Kingsbridge Heights section of The Bronx as reported by YIMBY.   The lottery is in respect of a 6-story, residential building, designed by Badaly Architects, and developed by Anton Ujkaj, according to YIMBY. NYS to Auction More than 1,300 Surplus Items from Decommissioned COVID-19 Care Facilities

New York State Office of General Services (OGS) commissioner, Jeanette Moy, announced on Sunday, Nov. 13, the State will sell more than 1,300 items of FEMA-supplied inventory from decommissioned COVID-19 alternate care facilities at two auctions taking place on consecutive days.   The auctions will be held at the New York State Preparedness Training Center located at 5900 Airport Road in Oriskany, Oneida County, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on both Tuesday, November 29, and Wednesday, Nov. 30. UPDATE Elections 2022: Nov. 8 Unofficial Results & Reaction to Statewide and North Bronx Races

After the polls closed on Tuesday, Nov. 8, the New York City Board of Elections released the initial, unofficial results of the general elections, based on a percentage of returned poll site scanners.
