Allerton: Building Applications Filed with DOB for New Building at 2460 White Plains Road

Building applications have been filed with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) for a new, 6-story, mixed-use building located at 2460 White Plains Road in the Allerton section of The Bronx, as reported by YIMBY.   Located between Mace Avenue and Waring Avenue, the lot is one block south of the Allerton Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Zev Mayer of Skyrock NYC is listed as the owner behind the applications.   The proposed 61-foot-tall development will yield 25,917 square feet, with 23,218 square feet designated for residential space and 2,698 square feet for community facility space.

Kingsbridge Heights: Search for Armed Gunman in Store Robbery

  The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the person seen in the attached photos who is sought in connection to an armed robbery that occurred in Kingsbridge Heights.   It was reported to police that on Wednesday, Dec. 7, at approximately 7.30 p.m. inside a deli located at 117 West Kingsbridge Road, an 18-year-old male store employee was approached by an unidentified male individual who displayed a gun and stole approximately $2,500 dollars before fleeing on foot.   No injuries were reported.   Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers

Kelleher, and have shared details of his funeral arrangements, which are attached further below.
