Police confirm that officers are attempting to engage in dialogue with a man who has reportedly barricaded himself inside 3100 Webster Avenue at E 204th Street in the Norwood section of The Bronx. The incident was reported at around 10.45 a.m. on Sunday, March 6. An NYPD spokeswoman had no further information on the incident. Police confirm that two people have been arrested following the fatal stabbing of a man inside a Perry Avenue apartment in the Norwood section of The Bronx. It was reported to police that Kimberly Diaz, 28, of 2504 Bronx Park East was last seen on Thursday, March 3, at approximately 2.17 a.m., leaving her home.
