The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance locating a 14-year-old girl from Bedford Park who is reported missing. It was reported to police that Qualaya Daniels of 2681 Marion Avenue, Bronx, NY was last seen on Saturday, March 18, at around 3.24 p.m. leaving her home. She is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds, has a medium complexion, black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and black jeans. A car accident which occurred on Tuesday, March 21, at 40 West 225th Street near the Target store in the Marble Hill section of The Bronx has resulted in the hospitalization of one person. Police said a male victim who was stabbed in the University Heights section of the Bronx on Monday night is not likely to die. No further details were immediately available from the NYPD except that the incident occurred at around 10.30 p.m. on Monday, March 20, at the junction of Webb Avenue and West Kingsbridge Road, the location of a Popeye’s restaurant. A 24-year-old man has died and a 42-year-old man has been hospitalized following a shooting in Wakefield over the weekend. A residential fire requiring “all hands” which broke out in the Allerton section of The Bronx on Saturday has resulted in the death of one civilian, FDNY officials said.
