UPDATE Williamsbridge: 67-Year-old Man Reported Missing Found Safe

67-YEAR-OLD DANIEL WILLIAMS, a resident of Williamsbridge who had been reported missing on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023, has been located, according to police.

The NYPD said a 67-year-old male resident of Williamsbridge, who had last been seen in Manhattan and who was reported missing on Wednesday, Oct. 4, has been located.  

 

Prior to being found, police said Daniel Williams of East Gun Hill Road, Bronx, NY, had last been seen on Oct. 4, at around 6 p.m., leaving NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital, located at 301 East 17th Street in Manhattan.

 

They said he was described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighed 150 pounds, was Black, had a dark complexion, a thin build, short black hair and brown eyes. Prior to being located, they said he had last been seen wearing a white face mask, a black t-shirt, a hospital band on his left wrist, black sweatpants, and black sneakers. They said he was also using a silver walker.

 

On Sunday, Oct. 8, a police spokesperson said, “The missing [person] has been found and returned home safely.”
