On Thursday, Feb. 10, at approximately 4.12 p.m., the person in question displayed a firearm from the backseat of a vehicle in the vicinity of East Fordham Road and Webster Avenue. A person has been found deceased in an area described by police as Bronx Boulevard park in the Wakefield / Olinville section of The Bronx. Police said on Thursday, Feb. 17, at approximately 2.30 p.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding an aided person inside Bronx Boulevard park, located in the 47th precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed an unidentified female, lying face down with no apparent signs of trauma. EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. Police confirmed a 60-year-old man died after being hit by a car in the Morris Heights section of The Bronx as he was attempting to cross the street. The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the person seen in the attached photo and video regarding a robbery that occurred aboard the #4 subway, in the 52nd precinct. Police confirm they have arrested a second man in connection with the fatal shooting of two other men following an incident in Bedford Park in February. Police said officers responded to a 911 call on Saturday, Feb. 12, at approximately 10.54 p.m. regarding a man who had been shot at East 198th Street and Webster Avenue. The following is an extended version of the story that appears in our latest print edition. Ten years ago, Sabrina Cardoza heard about Part of the Solution (POTS) through her grandmother. She was having some legal trouble and needed information about how to access support services. However, she didn’t use POTS at first. It wasn’t until five years had elapsed that she decided to seek help from the nonprofit, which is located at 2759 Webster Avenue in Fordham Manor. “I was completely homeless,” Cardoza told the Norwood News. “I was staying in the street. I had nowhere
