Norwood-based daycare center owner, Silfredo Castillo Martinez, 34, pled guilty on Thursday, March 21, before U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer to a superseding information charging him with sexual exploitation of a child and production of child pornography, federal prosecutors said.

NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission to Hold Hearing on Proposed Changes to Sidewalk Cafés

The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) announced on Friday, March 15, that a public hearing on proposed amendments to existing City rules relating to roadway and sidewalk cafés will be held on April 16 at 9.30 a.m. The hearing was due to be held on March 19 but has since been postoned to the April date.
