Wakefield: Search for 76-Year-Old Missing Man

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance locating Donald Buel, 76, of 745 East 231st Street, in Wakefield, who was reported missing on Wednesday, May 25, in the 47th precinct.   It was reported to police that Buel was last seen in the vicinity of 4225 Webster Avenue on Sunday, May 23, at around 11 a.m.  He is described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has brown eyes and a salt and pepper beard and hair. Morris Heights: Daylight Shooting in Front of Occupied Playground

Three men are sought by police following a daylight shooting in front of a playground in Morris Heights.   The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the three, unidentified men seen in the attached photos and video, who are sought in connection with the reckless endangerment incident that took place in the 46th precinct. It was reported to police that on Saturday May 22, 2021 at approximately 3.42 p.m., the three individuals were walking northbound on University Avenue in front of Morton Place playground which was occupied, at the time, by numerous children and their guardians.

Multiple Shooting Leaves 31-Year-Old Man Dead

A man has died following a fatal shooting in the vicinity of the Crotona neighborhood. Police responded to a 911 call regarding a man who had been shot at the intersection of East 178th Street and Arthur Avenue in the 48th precinct on Tuesday, May 25, at around 6 p.m.   A preliminary investigation revealed the 31-year-old man had been shot multiple times in the torso during a dispute at the location. He was transported by EMS to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.  There are no arrests at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.   The identity

Olinville: 42-Year-Old Man Stabbed, Lung Collapses

  The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the individual seen in the attached video and photograph in connection to an assault that occurred in Olinville, in the 47th precinct.   It was reported to police that on Tuesday, May 18, at approximately 3.03 a.m., in the vicinity of White Plains Road and East 216th Street, the suspect stabbed a 42-year-old male victim once in the torso, following a dispute.
