Fordham Manor: Search for Family of Unidentified Elderly Woman Admitted to Hospital

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the elderly, Hispanic woman seen in the attached photo.   On Wednesday, July 7, the woman was transported by ambulance in stable condition and uninjured from the vicinity of 9 Fordham Hill Oval in Fordham Manor to New York-Presbyterian/The Allen Hospital for evaluation. Police responded to a 911 call regarding a person who had been shot in front of 743 East 187th Street in Belmont, in the 48th precinct, on Sunday, July 11, at approximately 3.18 p.m.   Upon arrival, police observed a 13-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his chest and leg. Consecration of African Burial Ground at Van Cortlandt Park on Juneteenth
