Jerome Park: Two Sought in Connection with Assault of 35-Year-Old Man

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals seen in the attached video who are wanted in connection to an assault that occurred in Jerome Park.

 

It was reported to police that on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at around 5 p.m., in front of 3051 Valentine Avenue, located in the 52nd precinct, the two individuals assaulted a 35-year-old man, following a dispute.

 

During the altercation, one of the men stabbed the victim in the back twice with an unknown sharp object. Both suspects fled the scene southbound on Valentine Avenue. The victim was transported to NY-Presbyterian Allen Hospital by private means and was listed in stable condition.

 

The suspected are described as male, both with dark-skin.
