Yonkers Apartment Super Sentenced to 3 Years for Assaulting Female Tenant With Axe

Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah announced that the former superintendent of an apartment building in Yonkers was sentenced to State prison for assaulting a female tenant with an axe.   Anan Badan, 59, of Yonkers, was sentenced on April 28, to three years in State prison, with three years of post-release supervision.   Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. UPDATE Wakefield: Arrest Made following Hit & Run that Left Bystander Critical
