NYC Department of Housing, Preservation and Development (HPD) has launched an affordable housing lottery for units at 1760 Grand Avenue, a 7-story, mixed-use building in the Morris Heights section of The Bronx, as reported by YIMBY. Designed by Gino Longo Architect, and developed by Benjamin Sadykov of RBM Fundings LLC, the structure yields 15 residential units, according to YIMBY.
