An Allerton mother is demanding justice after her 11-year-old daughter was beaten up and her daughter’s puppy brutally kicked during a daylight attack on Monday, Sept. 22. A local clergy leader alleged the beating was carried out by a gang of girls who have assaulted at least three victims and have been terrorizing teens, seniors, and businesses in the community.

Norwood: 22 Cameras Coming to Williamsbridge Oval Park
Calls for security camera installation in the Williamsbridge Oval park in Norwood have been loud and consistent, as reported. At the monthly meeting of the 52nd Precinct Community Council, held Thursday, Sept. 25, at Success Academy Charter School on East 207th Street in Norwood, both the NYPD and a representative for State Sen. Gustavo Rivera’s office announced that 22 video surveillance cameras would begin to be installed shortly in the park.
