In First for NYC, Familial DNA Technology Solves 1999 Cold Murder Case of 13-Year-Old Bronx Girl

Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark and New York City Police Commissioner Dermot Shea announced on Tuesday, Nov. 30, that a Westchester man has been charged in the 1999 murder case of a Bronx teenage girl. Bronx Man Indicted for Defrauding More than $35,000 from State Compensation Benefits

North Riverdale Man Arrested following Fatal Hit & Run Incident in Fordham Manor

Belmont: 23-Year-Old Man Arrested following Shooting of Two Cops on Thanksgiving Eve

Williamsbridge: Search for Man following Shooting of Victim in Stomach and Leg

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the individual seen in the attached video who is sought for questioning in connection to an assault that occurred in the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx, located in the 47th precinct.   It was reported to police that on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at approximately 10.58 a.m. in front of 3550 Holland Avenue, an individual who was unknown to a 36-year-old male victim, displayed a firearm and shot him. The victim sustained gunshot wounds to his stomach and leg. EMS responded and removed the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition.

Bronx Woman Sentenced to State Prison for Burglarizing Homes of Funeral Attendees

Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E.
