An unarmed Bronx bank robber who police say was captured earlier this month shortly after a heist on East Fordham Road in Fordham Manor, when a dye pack hidden in some stolen cash exploded and splashed distinctive red ink on the robber’s body and clothes, has now been charged in four similar crimes. NYC Department of Housing, Preservation & Development (HPD) has launched a new affordable housing lottery for units at 740 Brook Avenue, a 9-story, mixed-use building in the Woodstock neighborhood of the South Bronx as reported by YIMBY . The NYPD is seeking the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photo who is sought in connection to a robbery that took place aboard the number 4 northbound subway approaching Woodlawn station in The Bronx. Police said that on Sunday, Oct. 16, at around 4.50 a.m., a 42-year-old man was riding the northbound 4 train when a person unknown to him approached. The suspect allegedly stole the man’s wallet before exiting the train at the Woodlawn – Jerome Avenue train station. The wallet contained around $100, a debit card, ID, and a ring (jewelry).

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the person seen in the attached photos who is one of two people sought for questioning in connection with a home invasion robbery that occurred in Mt. The NYPD has launched a murder investigation following the fatal shooting of a 62-year-old man in Williamsbridge. According to an NYPD spokesperson, on Saturday, Oct. 22, at approximately 5.08 a.m., police responded to a “ShotSpotter activation,” a device used to track the sound of gunshots, at 763 East 219th Street. An off-duty NYPD officer has been arrested on charges of sexual abuse in the 49th Precinct, which covers the neighborhoods of Allerton, Morris Park, Van Nest, Pelham Parkway, Eastchester Gardens, and Pelham Gardens.
