Yonkers doctor, Marc Laruelle, has pled guilty to one count of distributing oxycodone, among other narcotics, without a legitimate medical purpose while acting outside the usual course of professional practice. Laruelle pled guilty before U.S. District Judge Denis L. Fordham Heights: NJ Man Charged in Fatal 2020 Hit & Run of Food Delivery Worker, Victorio Hilario-Guzman

Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. UPDATE Olinville: Man Arrested following Fatal Shooting of 40-Year-Old Man

A 30-year-old man was arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Olinville in October. Police from the 47th Precinct said that on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at around 3.34 a.m., officers responded to a 911 call regarding a man who had been shot in the vicinity of East 216th Street and White Plains Road.   “Upon arrival, officers observed a 40-year-old male with gunshot wounds to the chest, in front of 3734 White Plains Road,” a police spokesperson said. “EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Heath & Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was pronounced deceased.”
