Kingsbridge Heights: Search for Armed Gunman in Store Robbery

  The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the person seen in the attached photos who is sought in connection to an armed robbery that occurred in Kingsbridge Heights.   It was reported to police that on Wednesday, Dec. 7, at approximately 7.30 p.m. inside a deli located at 117 West Kingsbridge Road, an 18-year-old male store employee was approached by an unidentified male individual who displayed a gun and stole approximately $2,500 dollars before fleeing on foot.   No injuries were reported.   Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers

UPDATE University Heights: 68-Year-Old Man Reported Missing, Found

An NYPD spokesperson said on Jan. 11 that a man who had been reported missing from the University Heights section of The Bronx has been found and is safe.   As reported, prior to being located, police had said on Dec. 6 that Luis Berrios, 68, of West 184th Street had last been seen on Tuesday, Dec. 6, at around 11.28 a.m., leaving his home. UPDATE Fordham Manor: Man, 26, Fatally Shot at 2650 Briggs Avenue

The NYPD said a man was fatally shot in the Fordham Manor section of The Bronx on Sunday morning. Police said officers responded to a 911 call regarding a male who had been shot inside [2650 Briggs Avenue] on Sunday, Dec. 18, at 11.13 a.m.   “Upon arrival, they discovered a 26-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds throughout the body,” a police spokesperson said.     “EMS transported the male to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced deceased,” the spokesperson added.   The spokesperson said that there are no arrests or suspects at this time and the investigation is

UPDATE Pelham Gardens: Arrest Made in Fatal Shooting of Dillon St. Clair

  The NYPD said the department has made an arrest in the homicide investigation following the fatal shooting of a man in the Pelham Gardens section of The Bronx.   Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, police said on Dec. 29 that Matthew Rushie, 46, of Morgan Avenue, The Bronx was arrested on Friday, Dec. 23, 2022 at 1 p.m. in the 49th Precinct. Mt. Hope: Man Sought following Burglary of Residential Building

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photos who is sought in connection to a burglary that occurred in the Mt. UPDATE Fordham Heights: Man, 30, Shot in Chest on Valentine Avenue

Queens Man Charged after Cocaine worth $300,000 & $50,000+ in Cash Seized in The Bronx

The Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor (SNP) has charged Queens man, Reynaldo Almonte, 29, in connection with the seizure of approximately 6 kilograms of cocaine (over 13 pounds), and more than $50,000 in cash from his burgundy Nissan sports car while in the West Farms section of The Bronx.
