A young woman who was reportedly kidnapped in Brooklyn on Friday, April 21, has been located, police said. Police said a 69-year-old man has been arrested on various charges, including attempted murder, following a shooting in a residential building on East Gun Hill Road in Norwood last weekend, as reported.
