Eligible individuals aged 50 and over may walk-in without making an appointment, as long as they’re able to show proof of age. Bronx Businesses Received Just 7 Percent of NYC’s PPP Loans, But Can Still Apply for More

A report by the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce shows that The Bronx received just 7 percent of all federal Payment Protection Program (PPP) loans allocated to New York City. This was the second lowest percent of all five boroughs, after Staten Island. SBA Launches Supplemental Loan Program for Small Businesses Hardest Hit by COVID-19

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced on Thursday, April 22, that it will provide $5 billion in additional Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) assistance to one million small businesses and nonprofit organizations that have been most severely impacted by the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
