The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual seen in the attached photo and video who is wanted for questioning in connection to a reckless endangerment incident that occurred in the 46th precinct. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) announced on Monday, Sept. 13, that security cameras have been installed at all 472 subway stations across New York City.
