The New York Lottery announced on Saturday, Oct. 16, that one second-prize ticket for the Oct. 15 Mega Millions drawing was sold in The Bronx. The ticket is worth a guaranteed $1,000,000. The ticket was purchased at 1086 Luna Deli Grocery Corp, located at 1086 Boston Road in the Morrisania section of the borough. A woman was stabbed over the weekend following a dispute in Bedford Park. On Saturday, Oct. 16, at 3:35 a.m., in front of 2765 Webster Avenue, a 26-year-old woman was stabbed once in the chest after an argument with an unidentified suspect. The suspect fled the location, and the victim was transported, by private means, to St. Barnabas Hospital in critical but stable condition. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing. The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual seen in the attached photo who is sought in connection with an assault that occurred in Norwood, located in the 52nd precinct. The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying eight individuals seen in the attached video who are sought for questioning in connection with a robbery that occurred in Fordham Manor, located in the 52nd precinct. On Tuesday, Oct. 12, at approximately 9.22 p.m., the individuals approached a 21-year-old man in front of 4 West Kingsbridge Road. They proceeded to kick him, punch him and slash him in the face with a cutting instrument. They also stole the victim’s Android cellphone, before fleeing the location. EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital in stable condition.
