Bedford Park: Man, 29, Stable in Hospital after Stabbing

A 29-year-old was stabbed in Bedford Park over the weekend, police said. He remains in stable condition.   On Saturday, Dec. 3, at around 2.25 a.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding an assault in the vicinity of Valentine Avenue and East 198th Street.   Upon arrival officers were informed an unidentified person entered a home and stabbed a 29-year-old man after a physical altercation. “The subject fled the location to parts unknown,” police said. “EMS transported the victim St. Barnabas Medical Center in stable condition.
