Williamsbridge: Car Overturns & Bursts into Flames on Bronx River Parkway

A car flipped on its roof and apparently burst into flames on the Bronx River Parkway at East Gun Hill Road on Tuesday afternoon, May 30.   An FDNY spokesperson said the department received a call regarding the incident at 2.02 p.m. on Tuesday and that FDNY units responded to reports of an overturned vehicle on fire. A 23-year-old man has been arrested on Monday after a 3-month-old baby girl was found dead in a wooded area of the Highbridge section of The Bronx on Sunday, police said. A 20-year-old woman was also arrested on Monday evening in connection with the incident, they said.
