Bronx Robbery Pattern – Car Theft

  The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with locating and identifying the individuals seen in the attached video and photographs, who are wanted in connection with several robberies that occurred in recent months across various Bronx precincts.   The first incident was reported in the 49th precinct. Fordham Manor: Man Sought following Assault & Robbery

  The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the people seen in the attached photo and video in connection to a robbery that occurred in the 52nd precinct.   It was reported to police that on Saturday, February 20, at approximately 3 a.m., in front of 81 West Fordham Road, in Fordham Manor, two men, unknown to a 32-year-old male victim, approached him from behind and began punching and kicking him throughout the body.   The individuals proceeded to remove the victim’s Samsung cellular phone, as well as $500, before fleeing on foot, eastbound, on West Fordham Road.

Update: Arrest Made in Olinville Murder

A man has been arrested on murder charges in the case of the death of 39-year-old Robert Hill who was shot in Olinville, in April and later died from his wounds.   Police responded to a 911 call, on Tuesday, regarding a person who had been shot at East 216th Street and Olinville Avenue in the Olinville section of the Bronx, located in the 47th precinct. This is a developing story.  Norwood News received unofficial, initial reports of a fire in a multiple dwelling at 3395 Reservoir Oval West in the Norwood section of the Bronx on Tuesday. New Face Mask Guidelines for Vaccinated People in New York State

Bronx Businesses Received Just 7 Percent of NYC’s PPP Loans, But Can Still Apply for More

A report by the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce shows that The Bronx received just 7 percent of all federal Payment Protection Program (PPP) loans allocated to New York City. This was the second lowest percent of all five boroughs, after Staten Island.
