Williamsbridge: 89-Year-Old Missing Woman Found

The NYPD confirmed an 89-year-old woman who had been reported missing in the Williamsbridge section of The Bronx has been found.   Prior to being located, Violet Clarke, 89, of East 216th Street, had last been seen at her home on Sunday, May 22. She was described as female, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, Black and weighing 130 pounds. National Weather Service NYC Issues Severe Thunderstorm Warning on Sunday Night, May 22, until 8.45 p.m.

The New York City office of the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Bronx county and nearby regions on Sunday, May 22, until 8.45 p.m. At 7.39 p.m., weather officials said severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Paterson to near Caldwell and East Hanover, moving northeast at 25 mph. Bronx City Council Members Introduce Bill Expanding Heat Sensor Program to Track Building Heat Requirements
