Williamsbridge: Search for Man following Shooting of Victim in Stomach and Leg

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the individual seen in the attached video who is sought for questioning in connection to an assault that occurred in the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx, located in the 47th precinct.

 

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at approximately 10.58 a.m. in front of 3550 Holland Avenue, an individual who was unknown to a 36-year-old male victim, displayed a firearm and shot him. The victim sustained gunshot wounds to his stomach and leg. EMS responded and removed the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition. Property damage to unattended parked vehicles where the incident occurred was reported, though the total cost of damage is unknown.

 

The suspect is described as a man with a dark complexion who was last seen wearing a black/blue knit hat, a blue, long-sleeve shirt, a black vest,  blue colored pants, dark colored shoes, and a light colored backpack.
