The NYPD said a 13-year-old girl who had been reported missing from Norwood has returned home.   Prior to her return, police said that it had been reported to them that Leanna Fernandez of Hull Avenue had last been seen on Friday, March 3, at around 7.30 a.m., leaving her home. An NYPD spokesperson said at the time, “[She] is described as a female, light complexion, brown eyes, and brown hair with blue tips. She was last seen wearing a cream colored jacket, blue shirt, and gray pants.”   Anyone with information regarding this missing person is asked to call
