Update: Bronx Man Charged Over Fatal Shooting In Fordham Heights
Bronx District Attorney, Darcel D. Clark, announced on Monday, Feb. 1 that a Bronx man has been charged for fatally shooting another man in Fordham Heights the day after Christmas. Clark said the defendant, Marquis Tanner, 30, of East 184th Street, was arraigned on charges of second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon before Bronx Supreme Court Justice, Michael Gross, on Jan. 29. 2021. Tanner is being held in custody and is due back in court on March 29. According to the investigation, at around 9 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2020
