Preston High School Hosts Alumnae Reunion After 16 Months

  Friends of Devoe Park (FODP) hosted a “Dancing in Unity Fair,” on Saturday, Sept. 18, in Devoe Park, located in the Fordham Manor section of the Bronx. Belmont: Police Appeal for More Information on Man Charged with Sex Crimes Involving a Child

UPDATE Bronx Man Indicted for Allegedly Vandalizing Multiple Synagogues in Northwest Bronx

  Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark announced on Friday, Oct. 8, that Jordan Burnette was indicted on multiple charges, including criminal trespass as a hate crime, for defacing multiple synagogues in the Northwest Bronx earlier this year, as reported at the time by Norwood News.     Clark said the defendant, Burnette, 30, of Riverdale, was arraigned on a 76-count indictment before Bronx Supreme Court justice, Lester Adler on Friday. Mosholu Library’s Outdoor Patio Proves a Hit with Patrons

Having been closed for more than a year, due to the citywide shutdown brought on by the coronavirus pandemic, the Mosholu branch of New York Public Library (NYPL), like many others, reopened to the public in July, as reported.
