The New York Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 56-year-old man who was reported missing in Allerton, in the 49th precinct.   Alfredo Peters, 56, of 2401 Laconia Avenue in Allerton, was last seen on Wednesday, Dec. 15, at around midnight, leaving his home. He is described as male, has a medium build, is Black, is approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, has brown eyes, is bald, and was last seen wearing  gray pants, a multi-colored shirt, and black sneakers. Bronx Man Charged in Marble Hill Shooting that Wounded Woman Pushing Toddler in Stroller

Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. New B.A.B.E.S. Community Group Brings Toys to Underserved Bronx Communities

Rivera Calls for Clemency for Homeless Man Who Stole NyQuil from Duane Reade as 15th Detainee Dies on Rikers

UPDATE Wakefield: 19-Year-Old Arrested following Fatal Stabbing at 241st Street Station

  Police confirmed on Friday, Dec. 17, that a man has been arrested following a murder in at 241st subway station in Wakefield.   On Monday, Dec. 13, at approximately 00.41 a.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding a man who had been stabbed at 241st Street and White Plains Road station, located in the 47th precinct / Transit District 12.   Upon arrival at the mezzanine to the 2 train, police observed an unidentified man with a stab wound to the torso.
