National Nutrition Month is an annual campaign to help people make informed food choices and develop healthy habits. It was created 50 years ago by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), a trusted source of food and nutrition information. This year’s theme is “Beyond the Table,” which aims to promote healthy meals and snacks anywhere you are! 

Fordham Manor: Feds Bust 16 “Armed and Violent” Drug Traffickers on Valentine Avenue

Federal prosecutors for the Southern District of New York, the FBI, and NYPD announced on Wednesday, March 6, that charges were filed against 16 members and leaders of “an armed and violent drug trafficking crew” who operated the ring with deadly consequences for their victims on Valentine Avenue in Fordham Manor for over 10 years..
