The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the two people depicted in the attached photos who they say are wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred in the Olinville section of The Bronx.
Police said that on Monday, May 4, at around 2.30 p.m. in the vicinity of Barker Avenue and Magenta Street, a 68-year-old male victim was approached by two unidentified people who engaged him in conversation. They said the two suspects simulated firearms and proceeded to steal two necklaces from the victim’s neck.
“The unidentified individuals then fled the incident location on foot, traveling northbound on Barker Avenue toward Duncomb Avenue,” a police spokesperson said. “There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident. The value of the stolen property is approximately $700.”

Police said the first suspect is described as male, has a dark complexion, and was last seen wearing a gray sweater, black pants, and multicolored sneakers.
They said the second suspect is described as male, has a dark complexion, and was last seen wearing a black sweater, a white mask, and light-colored pants.
