Mt Hope: Search for Missing 72-Year-Old Woman

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating a woman who was reported missing in Mt Hope, located in the 46th precinct.

It was reported to the police that Cecil Francis, 72, of 171 Echo Place in the Mt Hope section of the Bronx was last seen on Thursday, Nov. 18, at approximately 7 a.m., inside her home.

 

She is described as being approximately 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, is Black, has a thin build, a dark complexion, brown eyes and brown hair. She was wearing a medic alert bracelet.
