The New York City Police Department is appealing to the public for help locating the parents or guardian of an unidentified child found in the Melrose section of Bronx.
Police said that on Sunday, May 18, at around 3 p.m. opposite 710 Courtland Avenue, an unidentified and unsupevised child was found and transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln for evaluation.
They said the child is a little boy, is around 2 to 3 years of age, has a medium complexion and black hair. They said he was found wearing a yellow shirt with black stripes, black and white striped shorts, and black sandals.
