Jerome Park: Man Sought for Forcible Touching Incident

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photo who is sought for questioning in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred in the 52nd precinct / Transit District 11.

 

It was reported to police that on Saturday, Nov. 13, at approximately 7.09 p.m., inside the Bedford Park Boulevard and Lehman College subway station in Jerome Park, a 37-year-old female victim was going up the staircase to the platform of the southbound 4 train when an unknown person poked her in the buttocks.

 

The person then fled onto the southbound 4 train. The victim was not physically injured as a result of the incident. The individual sought is described as a man in his 20s who is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, has a dark complexion, long black hair in braids, and brown eyes. He last seen wearing a black jacket, blue sweat pants and green sneakers.
