It was reported to police that Eric Quiñones of 162 West Kingsbridge Road, Apt. 6G in Fordham Manor was last seen on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at approximately 6 a.m. at his home.   He is described as male, 67 years-old, approximately 5 feet, 8 inches tall, Hispanic, weighs approximately 145 pounds, has brown eyes and graying hair. Biaggi: Section 8 Waiting List Opened for First Time since 2006, Deadline May 28

New York City has opened its Section 8 housing waiting list for the first time since 2006. The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program is a federal program designed to provide rental assistance to low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled to help them find decent, safe, and sanitary housing.   State Sen. No Trash, Recycling Collection or Street Cleaning on Memorial Day, Monday May 31

Update: Elevator Collapse in Port Morris, One Dead

This is a developing story.   FDNY has confirmed that an elevator collapsed at 8.17 a.m. on Wednesday, May 19, at 20 Bruckner Blvd in Port Morris in the South Bronx. One person was found dead on arrival at the scene and another is critical.
